DIARY
VOTE FOR AB AS YOUR CHOICE!
11 August, 18h00
My recovery from an ankle operation is going really well. I've been in my cast for 21 days now and every day things get a little bit better. I have an appointment with the specialiast, Dr. Fief Ferreira, on Friday and we will discuss the plan going forward. My cast will probably come off after four weeks, then the physio and rehab will kick in. They tell me this process will take another 4 weeks, so I’m planning to be ready for our series against Zimbabwe at the start of the season.
The Champions league T20 should be entertaining on TV – it’s gonna be interesting to be sitting on the sofa for a change.
Stay sharp,

Q: Hi AB! I've always wondered, how do you cope with the dissapointment of losing a match?
Marsha
AB: Hi Marsha
Well, it's really difficult!
I really don't enjoy losing, but you learn to deal with the disappointment! The key is to learn from your mistakes and improve the next time around!
Warm regards

Badar
AB: Hi Badar
To be very honest with you, I'm not too sure how to be a good spin bowler! From experience of facing a lot of spin bowling, I can tell you that the secret in spin bowling lies in control! You've got to practice enough so you know exactly where you're gonna pitch the ball. Practice makes perfect!
Good luck!
